Tessa is an EXPERIENCED HR and Training Consultant with 20 years of international training and facilitation experience.
Tessa has successfully designed programs and presented to a wide variety of groups across different industry sectors, functional areas, hierarchy levels and team sizes.
Tessa worked for Walgreens, the leading chain of pharmacy stores in the USA facilitating and developing programs for managers, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. She also worked for Cartus, a global company in the USA and Australia facilitating cross-cultural training programs for executives from multi-national corporations who were relocating for international assignments.
As an independent contractor her focus is on supporting people to address their psychological and mental wellbeing as a way of helping them become more effective in their jobs. She has designed and led seminars focusing on managing change, building resilience, managing stress and various other management and leadership topics for some of the largest organisations in Australia including Qantas, Australia Post, Telstra and Sydney Trains. She has been involved in assessment centres and coached senior leaders from companies like Commonwealth Bank, 3M and VW Australia as well as Customer Service Managers at Qantas. In addition, Tessa helps organizations implement 360 Degree Feedback and Engagement Surveys and supports them through the implementation and analysis process.
