Her career began as a social worker in South Africa and the United States working within the Employee Assistance Program arena.  Tamar made the transition into learning and development and currently has 20 years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design and facilitation working across many industries including healthcare, mental health, manufacturing, retail, banking and financial institutions and the insurance industry.
