Nicole's generalist Human Resources background has been gained from various HR leadership roles across different companies including Stockland, Investec Bank and Aevum (a listed retirement living and aged care company).

Nicole is a strategic and operational thinker with several qualifications including a BA (psychology), LLB, Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment and Business Management Certificate.
She provides regular, ongoing HR support to a number of small to medium sized companies as well as project based HR support to a variety of organisations. Clients range from listed corporates and family owned companies to not-for-profits. Projects have included HR auditing of a business with a report on HR compliance and best practice areas, developing and implementing performance review systems and policies and people practices, support with under performance management, restructuring advice and management, running targeted training sessions, recruitment assignments or leadership team reviews to name a few.
