Mandy is a strategic Talent Management professional with extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Coaching, Facilitation and Recruitment.
Following a successful career in the corporate sphere working with prestigious companies such as Accenture, Dimension Data and KPMG, Mandy established an HR Consultancy where she and her team use their extensive business and organizational understanding to provide a pragmatic approach to people strategies within organisations.
Mandy has over 20 years experience across a range of industries including Retail, Information Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Travel and the Public Sector. Mandy’s qualifications include: Honours in Economics, a Social Science Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, Certificate IV in Work Place Training and Assessment, Certificate of Coaching, Certificate in Conflict Dynamics; Certificate in Critical Behaviour Interviewing Skills, Business Coaching, Covey Facilitation and Maximus Leadership Accreditation.
Mandy has a real passion and commitment to providing services to Not-For-Profit organizations. She has contributed extensively on a Board level having sat on the Mount Sinai College Board for over 7 years, currently holding the role of Vice President.
As a mother of 2 boys Mandy spends most of her weekends watching soccer. When there is some spare time it’s all about good food, good wine and great friends…oh and maybe keeping fit.
