Julia has a proven ability to coach and support managers through organisational change initiatives as well as significant experience in human resource management both from a generalist and specialist perspective. This has been gained from broad commercial exposure to a wide range of human resource disciplines including coaching and mentoring, recruitment and talent retention, remuneration and benefits, policy and systems and employee relations. She is also a Career Transition Consultant who works closely with individuals to increase their job search skills and assist them to identify and transition into their next role. 

Julia has extensive client experience with a range of diverse organisations including LexisNexis Pacific, Eli Lily, Sanofi, Bristol Myers Squibb, Datacom Services, Optus, Veolia Water and the Australia Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
