Helen Mattick


Helen has 10 plus years’ experience in end to end recruitment, assessment centres, capability frameworks, change management, facilitation, psychometric testing and coaching.

Helen has a strong educational background with a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Business. She is able to apply her strong and diverse set of skills to partnerships with organisations and individuals to understand and build the capability and mindsets to achieve their desired outcomes. Helen’s strong business acumen combined with project management skills and coaching psychology experience positions her as a unique partner who can bring added value to a range of roles.

Helen is a strong believer in people flourishing in their work and supports this through her recruitment and coaching practices. Her goal is to set both the individual and organisation up for success through clearly identifying the capabilities, experience and behavioural characteristics required for the role, and supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process to drive engagement and retention.

Helen has extensive client experience with a range of diverse organisations including pharmaceuticals, transport, government and recruitment agencies.
